Problem with Print Processor, "HPZPP4wm & WinPrint
I apologize if this isnt the correct forum for this question and if it isnt I would appreciate direction or the title of the correct forum. We have several HP LaserJet 4250Ns, using PCL 6, on a Win2K server, SP4, several weeks ago one of them refused to take legal paper from the manual tray & printed multi page jobs in reverse order, last page first. I went into the printers Properties, Advanced Tab,Print Processor button and change the Print processor from "HPZPP4wm", to "WinPrint" and that correct the problem. The problem reoccurred today on the same printer and the others. I checked the Print Processor on the printer I had changed and it was back to the "HPZPP4wm" processor. I changed it back to "WinPrint" on that printer and the others and everything is working fine. How can I prevent this from happening again?
